I am looking forward to meeting you. I am Rachel, a licensed massage therapist with over 30 years of experience. I was originally trained at the Florida School of Massage in Gainesville, FL.

Massage has so many benefits: physical, emotional, mental, spiritual, even psychological. The power of healthy, therapeutic, non sexual touch can be just the right addition to your blissed out senses in these gorgeous Black mountains. I believe the atmosphere of beauty here can create the best conditions for receiving calm, while gaining rested personal insight. I am trained in a variety of techniques to support your body, mind and spirit in nourishing relaxation, pain relief, and general well being.

• I will share what I am good at via: your preference of depth using myofascial work, trigger point therapy, deep tissue work, or gentle Swedish. You and I will specifically design the session as you need it, with attention to the achy parts as well. Been hiking while here...massage is the perfect balm.
