What is breathwork?

Breathwork (sometimes also written breath work) is an active form of meditation that consists of thousands of ancient and modern breathing techniques that all have the same goal of positively affecting our well-being and accessing deeper states of the mind, body, and spirit for healing and growth using our breath. At its core, breathwork is a self-care tool with unlimited benefits.

The style of breathwork you'll be guided through uses a simply yet highly effective conscious-connected, circular 3-part breathing pattern that will leave you feeling lighter, calmer and more confident, motivated, energized, grounded, and at peace. Many describe their experience with this type of breathwork as mind-blowing, life-altering (in a good way!), or better than therapy. It is a versatile and accessible practice that can contribute to your overall well-being by addressing all aspects of you and is not your typical meditation, yoga, or breathing exercise: it’s restorative, deep transformational breathing.
